Anyone with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product or try an allergy patch test prior to use.

These products are not meant to treat or cure any medical issue. Please research any essential oil before use if pregnant or nursing.

Use of Face Masks

Using kaolin clay masks may cause tingling or redness immediately after use. This should be temporary. Kaolin clay works to detox your skin by giving circulation a jump start by activating blood vessels. It works like a vacuum to pull dirt and toxins from your skin. This tingle and/or redness should disappear within an hour.

Clays are great for cleansing any skin type but can be drying. Be sure to follow up with a toner and moisturizer. Toners help balance your skins pH and moisturizer will rehydrate dry skin.

Shipping & Payment Methods

Your items are packed with care for transit. Packages are usually mailed within 5-7 business with postage determined through USPS.

If you are a local customer and would like to place an order for pickup, select the shipping option "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Arrangements for pickup can be made via email.

Brienne Bath & Body accepts the following payment methods: Cash (if pickup), Paypal, or Venmo.

Because of the nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns at this time for hygienic reason. We trust that you will be pleased with our products.

Cancellations or changes to an online purchase are accepted if requested before the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us if you need to make an adjustment to your order.
