Your items are packed with care for transit. Packages are usually mailed within 7-10 business with postage determined through USPS.
If you are a local customer and would like to place an order for pickup, select the shipping option "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Arrangements for pickup can be made via email.
If temperatures outside are extreme, some products such as deodorants, lip balms, etc. can be risky to ship as they may melt some. If product arrives melted, try refrigerating to help re-solidify. Unfortunately, we can't control the weather or temperature of the delivery vehicle the product is arriving to you in. If you are local, we recommend porch pickup so your products can remain in air-conditioning until you arrive.
